Concept

The CSC Clubhouse is located on the bayside of Rockaway on 68th St. I got the clubhouse to facilitate our growing and thriving surf community. It is a work in progress, and I will update here as things progress. Right now we have indoor board and wetsuit storage, premium board rentals, daily co work offices, and rooms for overnight and weekly stays. For all clubhouse stuff I’m still using Venmo @conatussurfclub. Booking via text and email.

Co Work

Maximize your surf time by co working at the CSC clubhouse! Show up whenever, put your stuff in one of the secure areas, go surf, come back, take some work calls, do some emails, then head back out for another session. Rinse and repeat. $50 a day or monthly package via www.subkit.com/dion. Booking via text and email.

Overnights and Weekly Rentals

Nothing quite like waking up at the beach and commuting 2 minutes to the surf. We’re in striking distance of all the main breaks in the Rockaways and just 25 minutes from Long Beach. There are two rooms, one large and one small. Both have a/c. Stay just one night, or for the duration of a swell. Or hell just book a week out here to see how much you like Rockaway. Large room: $125 a night. Small room : $75 a night. It is difficult to rent out the whole clubhouse these days, but if you really want it it can be arranged at $4000 a week. To book email or text to inquire about dates, prices, and check in and check out. Because this is surf-y I’m relatively flexible with check in and check out times.
